Trauma Therapy for Wholehearted Living
Trauma makes living a wholehearted life difficult. Trauma is the strong sensations in the body--the waves of fear, shame, or sadness. Trauma is the talk inside of the mind--scathing and insidious, that somehow feels true. Trauma is the sense that if you are seen--really really seen--then you will not be loved; you will not belong.
You might think it would take a miracle, but it is possible to find a way through the overwhelm to a clearing on the other side.
My name is Alex Amorin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) here in Charlottesville, Virginia. I am here to help you recover from trauma to live a wholehearted life.
